CLIENT: Swiatek Orthodontics, a new dental field practice.
CHALLENGE: After working with other orthodontics in a group practice for years, Matthew Swiatek felt it was the right time to build his own practice. However, he needed help in developing his brand, and attracting enough patients to support the practice.
SOLUTION: Construct a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple mediums that targets key demographics in the geographic area, all with the purpose of generating new clients.
STRATEGY: Developing a viable website was a crucial aspect of our overall platform, so we began work on that immediately. At the same time, we started an online advertising campaign through major search engines. Soon afterward, we produced TV ads for targeted cable advertising, utilizing a customized URL and phone number for tracking results. Branded brochures, business cards, direct mail postcards, and even coupon offers followed shortly, and were utilized in conjunction with other campaigns throughout the year with different promotions. We tracked the effectiveness of all our efforts through a combination of high-tech and low-tech techniques, tweaking our campaign measures along the way.
RESULTS: Swiatek’s practice became such a huge success that he’s opening a second location, and bringing on another orthodontist to handle the workload.
