STRATEGY: Realizing it was a niche market driven by a need for distinction and high quality, a fair amount of time was put into developing the brand. Once the brand was selected, several concepts were considered for product development. Beyond the initial offering of golden laces as an award, many other product ideas were created in the shoe lace and award marketplace. During this process, we produced 3-D visuals of future products, including custom concept pieces for Golden Lace's customers.
RESULTS: The company’s products are carried by retailers nationally, and the business continues to expand its product line to include medals, statues, shirts, hats, and other merchandise.
